Hillaire Racing Stable is not the typical no maintenance partnership that can be found today. Our unique concept is designed to offer the first time investor as well as the seasoned investor an opportunity to own shares of a Limited Liability Company and not just a share in an individual horse. Each investor may purchase from one to one hundred or more shares. The investor will receive a stock certificate showing the amount of stock owned in Hillaire Racing Stable. The funds raised from the sale of this stock will be used to operate the company, purchasing the racing stock as well as the training and care of the stock. While no shareholder is ever required to invest additional funds above the initial investment, the company may from time to time offer for sale, additional shares to raise money for investment opportunities which may arise. All partners will have the right to purchase additional shares, but are not obligated to do so. Our future goals for Hillaire Racing are to add 2 yr olds and yearlings to our portfolio of horses for the purpose of racing and pin hooking. We also envision Hillaire Racing owning and operating a farm or training center as a future investment. As a share holder of Hillaire Racing Stable, You will own a pro rata share of all assets owned by the company.
